Independently handle SAP Extended warehouse management in implementation projects with strong & specific focus on
o Inbound, outbound processes,
o Replenishment strategies,
o Cross Docking,
o Labor Management,
o VAS 
o Material flow system
o RF Solutions for Warehouse Operations etc.,

As SAP EWM Consultant

- Conduct Requirements Gathering workshops with business and document the As Is processes
- Prepare To Be process design and perform fit gap analysis
- Prepare business blueprint and coordinate with process owners to get it signed off
- Update project documentation on real time basis and duly version controlled
- Prepare configuration plan, configuration document and configure the system as per requirement
- Prepare WRICEF (custom object) list
- Prepare Functional specification document and test cases for custom objects including RF
- Coordinate with development team (ABAP, Fiori, PI/CPI) for completion of developments
- Prepare interface mapping sheets for integration with 3rd party applications, if any
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test scripts etc.,
- Develop LSMW or LTMC for data migration 
- Prepare data migration templates and explain the same to business for data collection
- Work closely with business to ensure master data and transaction data are collected
- Support business during master data cleansing activities
- Perform Master Data Migration in different environment as per project needs
- Perform Testing viz., Unit Testing, Functional & Integration Testing, Regression Testing etc.,
- Provide status updates to the project managers on progress of various tasks and activities
- Maintain status trackers (as per project requirements) on a real time basis
- Support business during User Acceptance Testing and ensure timely issue / defect closures
- Prepare User Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures
- Perform Cutover activities as required
- Provide post go live support / hypercare
- Record all issues/defects during hypercare and ensure timely closure
- Prepare handover documents and Knowledge Transfer to regular Support Team
