Job Location: Bangalore
· Collect and review the detailed business specifications with internal customers and the Product Owners/Solution Definition Managers.
· Expertise in CI Configurations in IMG/FICAIMG
· Expertise in FI-CA configurations
· Knowledge of configurations related to integrations between CI and FI-CA and also between CI and SD (SOIN)
· Basics of CI integration with RAR modules (Would be an added advantage)
· Performance related topics handling from CI perspective – Aggregation/Rating Groups/ST12 Analysis
· Billing Document and Invoice Related Configurations.
· Strong Technical background.
· Validate the detailed outcomes of the CI solution after the change with internal customers to ensure that the proposed solution meets their expectations.
· Validate technical requirement.
· Implement and test solution customization/configuration in CI module
· Execute end to end functional /regression/performance tests across BRIM components including own customization and software developments from TPDS.
· Deliver the agreed solution on-time, within budget and according to specifications.
· Propose enhancements to avoid failure and improve performance based on Operations improvement items.
· Review and validate the integration of the fix proposal from the support team into the end-to_end process and consistency of the Billing Automation processes in CI.
· Graduate/Post graduate with 5+ years’ Experience
· Expert in SAP Subscription Convergent Invoicing standard configuration (CIT, BIT, transfer to SD, etc.)
· Good knowledge on SAP BRIM capabilities, components’ integration end-to-end from Consumption Items (CIT) till the document distribution
· Good knowledge in ways to automate recurrent users’ activities without needing to develop automation in SAP BRIM (RPA)
· Good knowledge in data analysis in standard tools (Excel Macros, VBA, Python) to support our analysis and measurements
· Good knowledge in process design tools (ARIS Express, Visio, ARIS, …)
· Knowledge in Dell Boomi process design and scripting
· Ability to write the documentation that describes what the customer expects of an engineering system. The documentation typically describes what is needed by the system user as well as requested properties of inputs and outputs. Includes: specifications, user guides, High Level Design documents, interfaces documentation, configuration details.
· Ability to think process wise, to design processes and improve processes.
· Knowledgeable in DMAIC methodology
· Knowledgeable on the fundamental of data management (processes, tools, compliance)
· ITIL Foundation certification (v3 minimum)
· Ability to: o Express ideas and opinions clearly, define messages and reach a common understanding of issues, addressing the audience effectively.
· Produce oral and written communications which are clear, fluent and concise
· Hold the attention of others, both in a group and in one to one situations
· Listen patiently and carefully to input and feedback
· Deliver basic presentations (good level in Microsoft Power Point)
