Job Description Business Analyst HR - Workday

 Your challenge

 Within this role you will be responsible for managing and implementing Workday HCM solutions on the existing workday system and also support the global HR functions and teams.

 Being a part of a global team, you will be closely working technically and functionally with global Philips PPS teams, COE’s and SME’s providing them feasible solution on the new requirements, fixing the issues and impact assessments on multiple HCM domains.

 Your responsibilities

 The Business Analyst HR is an integral part of the project team translating Business Requirement for HR processes into IT Solutions.

      • Responsible of the system and business requirements are clearly defined, documented, communicated, tested and implemented
      • Accountable of maintaining that deliverables meet requirements w.r.t. reliability, availability, manageability, performance, security and compliance and also checking the content of the release prior to release and manages interrelation aspects with other applications
      • Interact and communicate with other projects and partner across work streams in both the business and the technical areas with the ability to keep discussions at the appropriate level of abstraction, including planning of life cycle of the project and milestones, identifying key project activities and data integrity issues and communication to key stakeholders
      • Handling multiple requests / demand at the same time and set the correct priorities in a challenging international global environment
      • Support new releases of Workday and assess impact by providing clarity and direction aligned with Workday configuration options and new functionalities

We are looking for

      • Functional and technical experience with business analysis, requirements gathering abilities and documentation
      • Ability to work under minimal supervision and ability to understand and complete delegated tasks.
      • Self-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas
      • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
      • Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in various Human Resource disciplines
      • 3+ years project experience in the areas of Workday HCM Implementations is must, certification is plus
      • Demonstrable Workday experience implementing below functional areasCore HR, Recruiting, Absence Management, Compensation, Performance Management, Benefits
