As a S2P AP Consultant your main responsibilities will be as follows:
§ GAP analysis, participate, coordinate and conduct requirements gathering sessions, document meeting minutes, findings, decisions, action items from requirements sessions.
§ Role definition, design and assignment
§ Define Business Process and Workflow requirements
§ Develop URS, FS and technical requirements
§ Take over the responsibility for the preparation, planning, execution and monitoring of deployment project activities according to the GBS roadmap and GBS deployment methodology
§ Collection, structuring, validation and documentation of local business requirements in the area of Source-to-Procure
§ Preparation of decision papers for global and local template adaptations reflecting the mission to safeguard the GBS process and system standards
§ Review requirements with users and stakeholders and obtain sign-offs.
§ Complete S2P AP documentation
§ Aid integration tests, plan and track activities and deliverables assigned to the Team and the area (functional as well as training, testing, cut over)
§ Actively drives resolution of stream-specific topics and manages integration
§ Reviews all process changes and assesses impact on other processes
§ Supports preparation for QGs together with Local Team Lead
§ Ensure Data Quality and completeness
§ Data migration & reconciliation according to GBS standard process incl. preparation of migration audit
§ Support during cut-over and hypercare phase
§ Support development of To-Be processes based on user requirements within the stream
§ Support creation test specification and preparation of test data (prepare testing environment)
§ Support data migration and performs cut-over
§ Provide country / site-specific system know how depending on project
Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
§ Must have at least 3 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical (validated) environment
§ Perfect Understanding of V-Model
§ Deep experience in validated documentation
§ Must have experience in ITEMS and Solution Manager
§ Experience SOP development and analyzation
§ ARIS experience preferred
§ Very good knowledge and experience of creating URS’s and To-Be-Processes
§ SAP AP modules Sourcing and P2P - functionalities and configuration
§ Act in the role of a Roll-out Expert with focus on Source-to-Procure
§ Hybrid Consultant: Distinct technical and business skills in the area of Source-to-Procure (Sourcing, operational Procurement, PO processing)
§ Find technical solutions for complex business requirements and support IT department with the creation of Functional Specifications
§ Business process transformation and design incl. enhancement of process efficiency
§ Process related knowledge sharing, training and guidance to local and global stakeholders
§ Expertise in Project and People management, Communication & Change Management and Template Processes
§ Highly independent way of working with limited level of guidance and supervision
§ Experience in providing Global SAP Roll-out/Implementation Projects while working international project teams
§ Deep SAP skills including configuration and process knowledge of Team and linked processes
§ Deep understanding and implementation/customizing experiences in SAP AP
§ Knowledge in direct interaction with clients, hands on system configuration expertise
§ Able to act in testing, customer support and training
§ Ability to drive meetings and onsite sessions, like trainings or testing with local resources
§ Ability to construct documentation, in English, that needs to be formally published, like Desktop Procedures.
§ strong English communication skills and service orientation
§ Business knowledge, direct interaction with clients, hands on system configuration expertise
§ Excellent User knowledge in Excel application
