Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for requirements gathering defining designing delivering and continuously improving the overall Service Management lifecycle ensuring strategic alignment and support of the Business and IT goals This will mean working to improve our clients IT Service Management ITSM practice from their current state whatever state and whichever capability that may be The ideal candidate is a highly motivated hands on ITSM consultant who will drive Service Management in coordination with desired Business outcomes of the customer Key Skills and attributes for success Acting as an experienced consultant across all aspects of ITSM project including processes organization tools data and governance Gather requirements and provide guidance on how to design and develop service management as a strategic asset Designing and documenting processes policies standards Key Performance Indicators KPIs and controls Documenting process requirem ents to fulfill business needs Defining governance structure roles and responsibilities and required reports dashboards Consult on Design and Lead ITSM frameworks working closely with tooling Architects Working closely with tools teams e g ServiceNow to implement processes controls dashboard Providing trusted advice on how ITSM transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved performance reduce risks and optimize investments Enable client business outcomes through delivery of change such as cost reduction operational effectiveness and embedding change and cultural adoption To qualify for the role you must have Ten plus years of IT experience with minimum for or more years of ITSM experience as a consult ant Ability experience to perform assessment of current state define target state and prepare roadmap to achieve the target state Ability to design and implement enablers that satisfy clients requirements Advanced knowledge of ITSM processes.
