We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and self-driven HR intern to assist our HR department. The HR
intern’s responsibilities include Hiring, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, maintaining records, drafting
interview email, etc.
Responsibilities/ Duties
• Job Postings on different job portals and social media (LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed etc.)
• Responsible for End-to-End recruitment
• Good in excel, report making, & should have the ability to learn and work on new tools
• Need to be a go getter and accomplish the deliverables and targets given
• Conducting preliminary interview of the applicants, evaluating the competency as per requirement &
coordinating for the next functional evaluation
• Will be directly reporting to the Director of People for all Hiring related deliverables
Criteria for the Role!
• Willingness to Learn and flexible attitude to take more accountability
• Should be able to manage the bulk hiring and work pressure
• Good communication and Excel Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
