Job Description


Role Description:  SAP CRM Functional Consultant/ SAP CRM Senior Functional Consultant - 8 - 14 yrs 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

·       Participate as a key member of an application development and implementation team to provide the functional deliverables for multiple SAP transformation and enhancement projects

·       Understand customer requirements and design the solution to meet their needs

·       Work as an interface between the customer and development teams

·       Configure and make changes to existing Sales and Service Processes in SAP CRM 7.0

·       Participate in establishing and maintaining application standards and processes

 

Educational Qualifications

Engineering Degree level or higher.

 

Skills and Experience

 

Mandatory

Ø  4-8 years of experience working on SAP CRM implementation or application enhancement projects

Ø  Experience of configuring E2E Sales and Service processes

o   B2B and B2C scenarios

o   Organisation Management, Transaction Types, Partner Determination Procedures, Status Management, Activity Management, Text Management, Date Profile, Action Profile, Navigation Bar Profiles, Business Roles, Customer Hierarchies, Customers, Product Categories, Products & Pricing.

o   Configuration of Leads, Opportunities. Sales Quotes, Sales Orders, Visits etc.

o   Configuration of Service Tickets, Service Orders, Installed Base/Registered Products, Warranty Management, Service Contracts, CTI Integration, Interaction Centre, Web UI

o   CRM and ECC integration

Ø  SAP CRM Middleware: Administration Console, Mapping and filtering techniques, Data Loads.

Ø  Good knowledge and understanding of customer service and service management processes such as repair, returns, product exchange etc.

Ø  Ability to write high-quality solution design documents

Ø  Experience of working in agile environments

 

Nice to have

Ø  Integration with other applications (SAP and non-SAP)

Ø  Good communications skills, strong customer focus and service mind-set with experience in client interaction

Ø  Should be highly self-motivated to identify, plan and execute

Ø  Should have SAP implementation experience in an onshore/offshore model

Ø  Should be flexible to work in shifts

Ø  Willingness to continuously learn both new technologies and business processes
