• Proven and well demonstrated experience as a communication coach
• To conduct training program for both new hire & existing associates on communication skills, accent neutralization, grammar, culture & customer service.
• Good to go if he's able to design, develop & deliver training program individually

Skills required:

• Good verbal & written communication skills to communicate with internal & external team
• Ability to teach coach and mentor other individuals
• Good understanding and knowledge of communication, culture & soft skills training
• Good interpersonal skills, problem solving & analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team with delivering the required results
• Working knowledge of MS office that includes presentation, excel, Word etc
