• Support roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionality?
•EC / RCM / ONB module expertise.?
• Integration with cross functional modules.?
• Analysis and design of the processes, technical implementation in the system in areas of the Success Factor, SAP HR / HCM,
Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA).
• Certified in Any SF Module.?
• Good knowledge on Business related objects like MDFs,
Foundation data, Permission groups & Roles, Job Functions, EC Time Module.Take on role as Process Expert in the
team and coaching/guiding other team
members (within team and across other teams)?
• Good communication skills to assist in the engagement with key stakeholders to
manage expectations of delivery, change management, estimations of timescales,
competing priorities and technical issues?
• Techno-functional skills to help with both functional and technical aspects of the Integrations
