HR Technology Analyst
The HR Technology Analyst is a hands-on partner that provides the technical and functional expertise to support HR technology platforms such as Workday, Interact and HR IT services. This role will report directly to the Manager – HR Technology Service Delivery & Employee Experience and work closely with COE business partners, HRIT analysts, and cross-functional HR teams to deliver technology solutions. The Technology analyst will lead change activities such as the enhancement backlog, active enhancement projects, testing & regression testing, implementing releases and fixes in production.
As a Global Capability Center (GCC) Team member, you will be responsible for leading the recurring Workday Releases, including weekly updates, periodic fixes or updates, and biannual releases, playing a key role in sustaining and optimizing our HR technologies. You will have the opportunity to work within a modern IT agile methodology, build upon your existing HR technology knowledge, and gain significant experience in additional HR platforms
· SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Facilitate and lead Workday upgrade meetings, prioritization of release enhancements, and documentation of the enhancement backlog
· Participate in change control sessions, providing feedback on fit/gap and impact of requested changes
· Handle HR Technology operations processes, task and change requests based on the priority
· Drive and participate in the testing activities for each release or new functionality by workstream, including testing/regression testing on HR Technology Platform, HR processes and business change activities, and IT Integrations to external vendors and downstream systems
· Participate in the coordination of communications and training efforts related to the HR Technologies including Workday and related process changes, HR newsletters or alerts, FAQ’s and other related assets
· Ensure documentation of system configuration, processes, and security is maintained and current
· Strong verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of global stakeholders
· Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and project details

· EDUCATION:
· Bachelor/Master’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, computer information systems, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
· Workday Implementation Partner certification (HCM or other) preferred
SKILLS:
· Strong Workday product knowledge, with at least three or more years of Workday experience
· Good working knowledge of Workday application security and Workday reporting tools
· Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and project details
· Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing demands/priorities.
· Flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks, sometimes with minimal direction
· Strong verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse groups of global stakeholders
· Good knowledge of MS tools (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint), SDLC tools (ServiceNow) and other tools to develop, refine and operate the process.
· Flexible in the ability to support and overlap with US business hours
