Job Description: 
 
?Lead discussions to thoroughly understand and analyze business requirements. 
?Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize Supply Chain, Sales & Operations 
Planning processes. 
?Collaborate with Customer Solution analysts and business stakeholders to define IBP 
solutions. 
?Utilize your deep knowledge of IBP functionalities to provide best-fit solutions. 
?Customize SAP IBP where necessary to align with specific business requirements. 
?Consult with ABAP developers and provide technical specifications for customized 
solutions. 
?Perform unit testing of configuration, customizations, and developments. 
?Develop prototypes and implement new functionality based on  needs. 
?Demonstrate strong knowledge of IBP integration with SAP ECC and HANA. 
?Ensure seamless integration and data exchange between IBP and other systems. 
?Apply your expertise in Sales and Operations planning functions to enhance IBP 
processes. 
?Utilize hands-on experience to configure SAP IBP modules as per requirements. 
?Leverage domain knowledge related to IBP modules to provide valuable insights. 
?Maintain SAP IBP certification and stay updated with the latest industry trends and 
technologies. 
?Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional growth. 
 
Profile Description: 
?Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred). 
?A minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP IBP, with at least 2 end-to-end 
implementations. 
?Proficiency in IBP functionalities, with expertise in either Production Planning (PP) or Sales 
& Distribution (SD). 
?Strong integration and interface knowledge with SAP IBP, ECC, and HANA. 
?Preferred experience in SAP PP with IBP knowledge. 
?Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for integration is an added 
advantage. 
?In-depth domain understanding related to IBP modules. 
?Hands-on experience with system configurations. 
?SAP IBP certification is an added advantage. 
?Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
