1. Minimum 6 years’ experience Azure Cloud services.
2. Strong understanding of different Azure IaaS services and platform Experience in provisioning the Azure components.
3. Expert in designing the secure azure components, services etc
4. Azure Security and Identity services (e.g., Security Center, Azure Active Directory, RBAC, NSGs / ASGs)
5. Azure Networking services (e.g., VNETs, Load Balancers, Front Door, ExpressRoute, Traffic Manager, Content Delivery Network)
6. Hands-on Cloud Automation and Infrastructure as Code e.g. Terraform (preferred)
7. Strong understanding and hands-on capabilities of the Microsoft Cloud Platform (Security, Firewalls, AMLS, Key Vault, Databricks, Blob Storage, App Insights) and their associated limitations
8. Understanding and exposure to Azure Cloud Shell for performing Administrative tasks
9. Strong practical Linux and Windows-based systems administration skills in a Cloud or Virtualized environment preferred
10. Experience in recommending Capacity / Sizing options on Azure Platform
11. Hands-on experience of Azure Scale Sets, Load Balancer, Azure networking, Azure Monitor, Alerts, and Log Analytics
12. Very detail-oriented in planning, implementation, documentation, and follow-up
13. The ability to work completely independently or with a team
14. Energetic, able to switch gears quickly from task to task
15. Desire to learn; independently and on the job
16. Design, implement, configure, and maintain various Azure SaaS Cloud Services.
17. Deploy and maintain Azure IaaS Virtual Machines and Azure Application and Networking Services to support growth into the cloud.
18. Optimize Azure buildouts for cost/performance (VM optimization, reserved instances, etc.)
