Position SAP Senior Functional Consultant - RCM
Job Purpose: ? The consultant is responsible to implement the SuccessFactors RCM module and will need to handle all the technical and integration aspects of the project.
Key Responsibilities ? The consultant will need to work with the project team to carry out independently all the configuration/testing/training related to the RCM module.
This will include but not limited to :
o Job requisitions fields changes
o Candidate Profile changes
o Application changes
o Candidate pipeline changes
o Offer approval workflow changes
o Offer letters changes
o Configure the standard integration with ECC based on customer requirements and will perform integration unit testing
o Prepare requirement workbook
o Prepare end-user training and admin training
o Prepare access and authorization matrix
o Data Load / Data Migration Preparation
o Modify the backend XML data model as per customer requirements
o Knowledge of Online Report Designer for Ad Hoc (Platform)
o Dashboards 2.0 o Ad Hoc Report Builder 2.0
Educational Qualification ? Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or it’s equivalent
Required Professional Qualifications/Skills ? 2-4 years of progressive RCM SuccessFactors experience.
? Completed at least 2-3 full cycle end-to-end implementation.
? SAP certified application – Associate preferably professional
? Knowledge of SAP ECC Recruitment configuration
