Job Description

• Responsible as a functional consultant for analyzing the business processes to identify how these processes map into our software, tools and applications which includes SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) all modules and SAP SuccessFactors (Cloud based application) with different modules like Onboarding, Compensation and Employee Central.
• Working closely with business partners, vendors and cross functional teams to align on business requirements.
• Maintaining Change Requests for each business requirement change and providing all technical details into the Service Now tool. Also creating Transport Requests with Planned technical and business go-live dates.
• Working within the SAFe Agile framework and estimating the efforts on each story / requirement to complete based on complexity of work, unknowns and availability of resources.
• Once finalizing on solution, providing insights to the team and assisting on the system setup by Design, Config and Testing activities.
• Maintaining Functional Specification documents with all technical and functional details with history of change on each business process and reviewing frequently for understanding and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Identifying Business critical scenarios and building the detailed test scripts accordingly.
• Managing Defect Management activities upon completion of End-to-End business process validation to fix defects by coordinating with vendors and technical teams and performing retests until issue has been resolved.
• Presenting Live Demos to the Business Partners upon completion of successful implementation of each business requirement, getting approval and migrating changes to production environment and completing knowledge transfers to the end users.
