SAP ISU IDE Technical Consultant
Job Description:
· The primary focus of this position is to support the SAP ISU IDE application for the customer by providing resolutions to incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLA’s and KPI’s
· Ensures all related incidents and issues are appropriately recorded and reviewed during weekly status meetings (or sooner) to ensure timely resolution. Any issue that impacts schedule, quality, scope or cost should be recorded.
· For the new business requirement will be Interacting with stakeholders and other streams to understand the business requirements, Co-coordinating with offshore consortium and ensure project delivery timelines
· Resource Planning and estimating the developments, ensuring the execution as per the planning
· Co-ordinate the work with the Business IT team and Wipro onsite-offshore team and define the Objectives and development plan includes the develop documentation independently analyse, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
· Continuously improve and automate business processes, track issues, and document changes
· Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
· Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
· Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.
Required Skills:
· Minimum work experience: 8 Years.
· Experience working in SAP ISU module
· Strong experience working in Utilities domain
· Experience in IDE processes.
· Expertise in IDOCs/DATEX configuration and customization
· Experience and understanding of the Switch Documents and Process Documents objects in SAP ISU 2
· SAP for Utilities InterCompany Data Exchange
· SAP-ISU IDE and IDEX c Techno-Functional Consultant
· Understanding of the Smart metering offerings of SAP
· Experience in ISU integration Modules.
· Should handle solution definition/ fitment for a small sized project with a medium complexity
· Should be able to analyze all incidents related to ISU and able to implement a medium complexity project
· Fluency in German language is mandatory
