Job Description


 Responsibilities

Configure Workday to meet client's unique business requirements while incorporating proactive knowledge sharing strategies to ensure client success
• Guide the customer through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the customer’s unique business requirements at all stages of the project.
• Perform analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships
• Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday
• Configure solutions that consider impacts to work streams while mitigating any cross functional impacts for the customer

 Required skills

5+ years functional implementation experience with any of the following HR / ERP systems: PeopleSoft, Oracle HR, SAP HR, Workday, Success factors
• 3+ years’ experience implementing full life cycle Workday HCM solutions
• Workday HCM certification is preferred or related business experience
• Workday Onboarding training experience is a plus
• Broad-based knowledge of Human Capital Management, with areas of expertise in Workday onboarding
• Experience in configuring Workday Onboarding business processes
• Experience in configuring Onboarding dashboards, Bulletin and announcement work lets
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
• Experience and ability to gather, develop and translate business requirements to system configuration
• Experience re-engineering HR business processes
