The SAP SD/MM Consultant is responsible for serving as a sales, distribution and material management functional consultant on a implementation project supporting SD/MM configuration, integration, documentation, training and end-user support activities.
Major Duties/Responsibilities
- Oversees project activities related to Order to Cash and Procure to Pay functions ensuring quality and on-time delivery
- Performs SD/MM configuration checks and recommends changes when necessary
- Proactively anticipates project deviations and escalates the need for immediate corrective action
- Assists in the validation of as-is and to-be order to cash and procure to pay processes and identifies improvement opportunities
- Facilitates requirement workshops with Order to Cash and Procurement teams
- Maintains documentation library for design, configuration and training material related to SD and MM modules
- Supports integrations with POS systems, OCR tool, credit and quoting applications
- Assists with performing integration, unit and user acceptance testing, including preparation of test cases and writing test scripts for PP/PM processes
- Supports security design and maintenance as required, including oversight of approvals for PP/PM, ensuring they meet organizational standards
- Investigates, analyzes and resolves support calls from manufacturing and maintenance teams in a timely manner
- Supports cross functional priorities
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required
- 5+ years of SAP ECC/S4 experience including: sales and distribution, material management, and
- Strong hands on experience on configuring and supporting SD and MM modules
- Participated in at least one SAP full-cycle implementation or functional upgrade project
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- SAP SD/MM Training
- SAP SD/MM Certification
