Presales - Business Solutions Lead

We are looking for a Presales - Business Solutions Lead who will lead the product demonstrations, bid support, answer requests for proposal and information and be the Subject Matter Expert for Banking and other domains for the solution offered.

What you will do?

  • Responsible to drive Presales of msg’s product offering that can be offered to Banking and other industry verticals such as Oil & Gas, Telecom, Retail, Airlines and many more across APAC, ME and Australia.
  • Support the sales team to build Use-cases with in-depth product and business knowledge for banking and other domains.
  • You will collaborate with sales, development and technical teams to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs.
  • Responsible to drive RFI and RFP responses
  • To articulate through written submissions and oral presentations, solutions to customers
  • Manage complex workshops addressing functional and technical requests of customers.  
  • Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, exceptions and business needs.
  • You will drive product demos, tailor presentations accordingly to customer’s expectations.
  • Take charge and showcase Proof of Concepts (POC), if required.
  • To advise on bid / no-bid decisions based on technical and commercial considerations
  • To maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products and service offerings and methodologies
  • Professionally represent the company and build good relationships with clients to the company’s benefit
  • Coordinate with business process owners, functional and technical staff to design, customize and implement msg solutions product offering to meet customer requirements as presented during presales presentations.
  • Provide training to team members/sales associates to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
  • Willing to travel extensively in India and abroad.

 What experience you should have?

  • Overall 15+ Years of career experience
  • Degree in Engineering, MBA - Finance or Mathematics
  • At least 3-5 years of experience functionally involved with Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) or Asset & Liability Management (ALM) will be preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience functionally involved with Cost & Revenue allocations
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in Financial Reporting Area of a bank
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in the treasury area of a bank
  • Participated in at least 1 or more ERP, treasury or financial systems implementation involving SAP, Oracle, Thompson Reuters, etc.
  • At least 2 years of experience dealing with department heads and/or C-level executives

Will be considered an advantage?

  • SAP FI-CO or ECC experience
  • SAP PCM or PaPM experience
  • Oracle OFSA or Thompson Reuters experience
