Job Description

Minimum 3-7 years of experience in service management or infrastructure management
Manage customer requests in German language
Provide a holistic view of the customer’s environment and make recommendations to improve overall service
Establishes and fosters a relationship with the client
Participate as a member of the senior account team
Assumes additional responsibilities in support of the account
Developing detailed technical solutions for large and complex outsourcing service request
Gathering of technical requirements, the coordination of delivery organizations and vendors to build a solution and cost case, writing of technical statements of work and accountability for the overall technical outsourcing solution
Identify issues and discuss with or escalate to team leader
Takes responsibility on complex processing activities
Participation in team meetings, process analysis and improvement/harmonization actions (calls, meetings)
