Senior Developer - Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Description of the Role
Understand functional requirement and implement technical solution (along with relevant documentation) that will
meet functional requirement
Ensure that there are complete unit tests for every component or task
Review code and ensure it conforms to standards
Help improve quality of existing code base
Ensure project is complete according to written specifications.
Follow best practices while coding (_NET & Microsoft Dynamics CRM]
Ensure that code is scalable for high performance scenarios
Ability to code and carry out D365 development programming related to
SQL Integration Services and/or Scribe
SQL Reporting Services
Programming languages such as C#, VB.net, ASP.NET, HTML, lav-Script, V5TO, Silverlight, MVC
Active Directory, IIS, DNS
Windows 8, IS and other mobile applications development
Other duties as deemed necessary for the job
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidate must have proven credentials of delivering in world class engineering teams. With a bachelor's degree
in Computer Science, engineering or equivalent discipline, he/she must have relevant experience fulfilling
responsibilities of the position. Must be a confident self-starter with ability to collaborate and devise solutions.
Relevant industry certifications are an added plus. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks is
required.

4+ years overall experience
Must have Microsoft Dynamics 365 (SaaS and On-Premise) experience
Minimum of two years' experience in CRM implementation, configuration, system design or related
business experience
Strong understanding of the CRM Platform (Scripting, Plugins, Workflows, Dialogs, Client Extensions, SDK)
Good understanding of RM Functional Modules
Good understanding of SSRS and CRM Reports
Exposure to a large complex organization, including stakeholder management
Good exposure to ASP NET programming using C#, database concepts; 00 analysis and design under SDLC
environment
Strong knowledge of web-based Technologies
Microsoft Dynamics RM certifications strongly preferred
Preferred competencies:
Experience with Agile best practices and methods such Scrum, Continuous Integration, Test Driven
Development
