o LDAP?

o Federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID)?

• Infra knowledge: we need people being able to discuss with DAP & NET people?

o Network: firewall, loadbalancer?

o OS: Linux?

o Monitoring, Alerting?

• ForgeRock?

o AM: Access Management, MFA, forgerock authentication trees?

o DS: Directory Services, LDAP Schema, LDAP configurations (ACLs, limits?

o Ideally, someone coming with experience on other products can be a good candidate if she/he 

understands the protocols?

• Operations?

o ITIL?
