Snowflake Developer
Job Description:
A data architecture professional focuses on collecting information and maintaining
proper methodologies for gathering data. He or she also seeks to optimize how
organizations analyze information and leverage it. Data architects' skills must allow them
to have one eye on big-picture strategy while also focusing on solving complex data-
related problems.
Data architecture touches all data professionals in one way or another. Data architects
must define a company's data strategy and vision. In turn, data engineers, analysts, and
scientists operated within the data processing framework.
Major Accountabilities:
?Minimal 4+ years experience in data warehousing/Data built tools.
?Must have hands-on experience in Snowflake implementation
?Experience in implementing large-scale data intelligence solutions around
Snowflake Data Warehouse.
?Worked on migration of data analytics environment from SAP data
warehouse to Snowflake with performance and reliability.
?Developing ETL pipelines in and out of the data warehouse using a
combination of Python and Snowflakes SQL and Data Build Tool.
?Design solution leveraging Snowflake native capabilities
?Led data analytics team for implementing the standard methodologies.
?Experience with Business Requirements definition and management,
structured analysis, process design, use case documentation
?Experience in reporting tools like Tableau / Power BI etc is preferable.
?Collaborating within a project team to solve complex problems
Skills (Must Have):
?Minimum 3+ years experience work in Snowflake
?Minimum 1+ years of experience working in Cloud platforms, preferably on
Azure or AWS.
?Understand Snowflake roles and user security
?Understand Snowflake capabilities like Snowpipe, STREAMS, etc.
Mandatory People Skills
?Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task
simultaneous different customer projects
?Ability to produce high-quality work products under pressure and within
deadlines.
?Should be able to handle the client independently (Email/Phone/Conference
calls)
?Strong analytical and conceptual design skills; strong problem-solving skills
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of end users.
Skills (Optional):
?Experience with Data Build Tool is preferable
?Knowledge of SAP ERP Functional modules like Sales and distribution,
Material movement, Inventory, and Finance a major plus.
