As a Sr. Project Manager
· Ensures delivery of projects which span multiple vendors according Philips expectations.
· Ensures effective integration of multiple output based delivery streams by managing the interdependencies
· Operates as contract manager for the contracts within one single project:
o Aligns multiple vendor contract interdependencies to accommodate overall integrated delivery
o Determines issues (like scope creep, on-time, etc) in one output stream and manages contractual consequences for other vendor delivery streams
o Manages vendor underperformance
· Ensures timely delivery across platforms and vendors
· Determines overall project risks, defines corrective actions and drives the project to closure
· Ensures compliancy to Philips policies/rules/procedures
Supports the following Key Areas of Responsibilities of the Delivery Manager:
· Delivers IT Solutions for a specific BG, Function or Market, based on the standard processes and methodologies defined by the Head of Transformation / Architecture / Operations from project initiation, design, configuration, integration to deployment and 3rd line support.
· Accountable for Output Based Solutions Delivery, based on Agile / Scrum methodologies and in line with Architectural Principles
Accountable for project quality and FDA/ICS/ SoX compliance
Requirements:
· Minimum experience of 10 years in Project Management
· E2E SAP Implementation experience
· Experienced with managing sub-project managers
· PMP Certified prefered
Proven track record in managing large projects
