Functional D365 Field Services
Position Description
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant
• Good Knowledge on Dynamics 365 Field Service or other Field Service Platforms
• 6 years of experience working directly with clients that include leading
gathering requirements , advise on best practices during implementation ,
GAP fit analysis, translating requirements into solution and ensuring traceability.
• Experience in solutioning or consulting on a project integrating Field Service with ERP platforms.
• Exposure to tools like Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of Connected Field Service for Azure IOT Central ,
Connected Field service for Azure IOT hub.
• Work with the development team to test the enhancements
• Implementation experience in either of the domains that include Manufacturing ,
Oil&Gas , Utilities , Health Care or Equipment Maintenance.
• Certification is plus
