Reporting to Digital Marketing Manager, the content creator will create, sales and website copy, landing
pages, ebooks, guides, emails, social media, writing blog posts about industry-related topics and
promoting our content on social media, etc. The goals for the role are centered around leads, pipelines,
and efficient revenue creation. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital
publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business.
Responsibilities/ Duties
• Research, develop, write and design compelling content marketing pieces that have a strong point of view,
inform our audiences, build awareness, and drive leads
• Write and edit a wide variety of copy for multiple platforms (case studies, white papers, infographics,
guides, blogs, emails, social updates, sales copy, etc.)
• Incorporate SEO/SEM best practices to all written web content
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and customer experience across all communication channels
• Continuously learn more about our product and what's driving results for our customers
• Understand buyer personas, competitive landscape, and ensure our go-to-market strategy is represented
at an enterprise scale
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and
solve problems.
• Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products
• Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts
• Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)

Criteria for the Role!
• 5+ years of professional writing and content development experience
• Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or relevant field
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation solutions
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including marketing / sales funnel, personas, campaign-
level KPIs, etc.
• Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces

• Outstanding verbal and written English language communication skills
• Ability to write concise, clear, compelling, grammatically and technically correct copy
• Ability to develop and maintain a clear and consistent brand voice
• Outstanding clarity of thought in communication and analysis, and the ability to explain complex topics
