Extensively worked on designing solutions in the areas of Amdocs Order Management (OMS), Customer Management (CIM), Billing Ensemble, Product Catalogue (EPC, MEC).
Designed solutions using CRM and Billing applications for Postpaid Telecom services implementation.
Knowledge of COTS products like Amdocs CRM, Amdocs Ensemble, is a must.
Played role in defining the integration touch points and the data flowing.
Ability to face the customer, maintain relationship with customer IT team.
Experience in support and managing Enterprise Billing Operations issues and working with product vendors.
Have good communication skills both oral and written
