EC Payroll Consultant: • Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Solution. • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll and SAP/SFSF Hybrid Solutions; • SAP payroll schema, wage types, garnishment, process models, and remuneration statement • SAP payroll result troubleshoot and reporting, parallel testing with other payroll system • SAP payroll configuration and calculation including earnings, deductions, imputed income multiple states employment taxes, taxes day split for certified payroll, union benefit contribution split by projects • SAP Time evaluation, Quota accrual and integration with other time systems • Time & cost allocation posting for billing and cost accounting • Knowledge on SAP workflow for approval and automation • Extensive experience with HCM/Payroll conversion, production support, trouble shoot and resolve production issues • Extensive experience with SAP time evaluation schema and custom schema function and operation • Developed various payroll results reports, certified payroll reports; • Developed payroll compare tool for payroll parallel testing, enhanced employee clone tool • Benefit Enrollment Configuration, Implementation and interface development • Extensive experience in developing ABAP/4 interface programs, enhancements via BADI and enhancement framework, Adobe form design, workflow customization, conversion programs and reports.
