B. Job Profile / Duties and Responsibilities: KPI’s
• Business Process Review and Mapping
• Configure and maintain settings in SAP FICO and Knowledge in PS module.
• Good Customer facing skills
• Quick in understanding customer requirements clearly and suggest possible solutions.
• Write functional specifications, coordinate with ABAP teams for any reporting requirements. Other Responsibilities
• Act as a business analyst focused on process improvement, business requirements analyses.
• Communicate and document business processes with FICO operations.
C. Person Profile: Required qualification Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate
Length of overall experience 10 years (2 years functional experience in manufacturing industry and 8 years in SAP FICO)
D. Competencies: Functional / Technical Skills Must to have Skills • Expert skills set in FI areas, New GL,AR,AP,AA areas,
• Experience with EBS (BAI), DMEE, ALE-IDOC, CIN and report painter,ABAP query.
• Experience in implementation,support,upgrade projects.
• Hands on experience with interfaces with SAP .
• Good experience in designing custom objects, processes as requested by the customer using BAPI, FM, user Exits, BTE, etc. along with the technical team.
• Good Understanding of CO concepts.
• Experience in cross module integration with PP, QM, MM, SD and PS
• Should have implemented SAP FICO in manufacturing industry Good to have Skills Experience in India, Europe and USA continets
Expertise in end to end processes in relation to FICO with specific expertise in the areas of Product Costing, COPA and Material Ledger.
Project Management skill will be added advantage.

• Ability to facilitate group discussions related to business process blueprinting
