Job Description

1. Certified in SF People Analytics Reporting
2. Implementation/Support experience on SF People Analytics with client facing roles.
3. Implemented People Analytics Stories
4. Build and publish customized interactive reports and dashboards using Advanced Reporting, Canvas reports, Dashboards and People Analytics.
5. Expertise in creating Stories with a very good understanding of data visualization techniques, dashboarding and KPIs
6. Developed various charts & pivots using SF reports as data source
7. Worked on Integration Centre reporting and delivered data via SFTP and other channels.
8. Used Report Distributor to automate the distribution of reports and queries.
9. Handles issues regarding extractions, performance issues, load failures and reporting issues
10. Experience in preparing the functional specification and technical specifications independently.
11. Exposure of Agile methodology will be added advantage
