·       Minimum of 5years of ABAP experience

·       Good knowledge in ABAP objects development

·       Strong analytical skills and ability to write technical specifications

·       Ability to facilitate the technical discussion with Functional Consultants

·       Ability and experience to identify solutions in systems

·       Experience in designing Technical Specification and Programming knowledge

·       Ability to evaluate impact and perform technical analysis

·       Strong communication skills

·       Retail industry working experience is preferred
