Sr. Business Analyst – Software License & Entitlement Management (LEM)
§ Experience with Thales Sentinel Software license and entitlement management suite (EMS and RMS) or similar product
§ Good understanding of integration with ERP (e.g. SAP) as well as cloud solutions such as SalesForce using middleware such as Dell Boomi or similar
Good functional understanding of service and sales processes'
§ Good communication and presentation skills
§ Worked in business/client facing role
§ Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful & ability to multitask
§ Clarity of thought and vision
§ Ability to ideate and bring solutions to the table
§ Adherence to timelines, without sacrificing quality of output
§ Hands on and detail oriented, with a strong ability to co-ordinate across different Geographies and with different stakeholders

§ Sentinel Licence and Entitlement Management (EMS/RMS) (3 - 5 years)
§ At-least three full end to end implementation experience mandatory
§ Exposure to all domains in Software Entitlement including Software Digital Distribution and Software Licensing required
§ Experience in Healthcare Industry Preferred
§ Experience in Usage Collection, Usage based Billing preferred
Experience in requirement gathering, fit gap, translating business requirement into high level solutions and detailed functional design.
