Job Description

Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.

·       Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAP BASIS/Netweaver/ABAP Application Server monitoring and Administration.

·       Knowledge on any SAP New Dimension products like BW, Portal,CRM, SRM, CPI/IS or Solution Manager.

·       Good experience as DBA on HANA, Sybase and Maxdb.

·       Experience in Technical Upgrades and DB upgrades.

·       Experience in activities like Refresh/Client copy, Kernel upgrades and Patching.

·       Detailed Technical experience in SAP BASIS and HANA systems administrations.

·       Expertise in HANA Administration, troubleshooting, Performance Tuning etc.

·       Experience in HANA High Availability and Disaster recovery.

·       Good experience in support of Archiving from Basis point of view.

·       Working with change tools to maintain client SLAs.

·       Willing to work in 24x7 environments

·       Candidate must have good communication skills.

·       Relevant SAP Certification would be a plus.

·       Experience in SAP Solution manager and CPI/IS would be a plus

·       Evaluate Early Watch/Service Level reports and come up with an action plan to address the gaps on an ongoing basis

·       Perform Client Copies/System Refreshes to support QA testing

·       Knowledge of Transport Management System configurations & Charm

·       Work with Unix/Storage and Network teams to configure systems and troubleshoot
