Responsibilities: - Responsible for the planning of cutover plan
Tasks:
- Prepare country-specific cutoverstrategy and plan (activities and sequence) with inputs from Functional and Technical leads
- Monitor the progress of elements (data/role etc.) and update/escalate
- Preparing of cutover & backup scenarios
- Coordination and administration of all cutover activities
- Ensure Cutover communication

- Prepare country specific data migration plan for data migration
- Track and report all data migration related activities
