Job Description

 ·          Minimum of 3+ years of SAP HCM Module testing experience

·         Good knowledge of SAP HCM Business Processes in various HCM Submodules (PA,OM and PAYROLL)

·         Must have good knowledge of the integration points between HCM with other SAP Modules

·         Ability to write Test scripts independently based on business process

·         Ability to facilitate the discussion with Functional Consultants and Business Process Owners

·         Experience in working with clients with various types of QA/QE Testing

·         Strong communication skills

·         Retail industry working experience is preferred

·         Domain knowledge in HR preferred

·         Worksoft experience (Good to Have)
