Development Lead - Dynamics and Power Platform
Description of the Role
Lead the delivery working with onsite/offshore team members and responsible for solution implementation
Produce Detail/Low-level design (solution modeling) on Dynamics integration patterns and Hybrid deployment
patterns (Dynamics SaaS online, Dynamics on-prem)
Propose and review solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales and Marketing) and Power Platform
Review and assist in solution on Dynamics Security Model and configuring specific to client needs
Review and assists in estimating infra capacity based on the NFR
Feasibility study, tools identification and completing the PCs when required
Collaborate with Business stakeholders and Developments leads in the team in identifying and developing common
components
Define/Identify Best practises, patterns/anti-patterns, development guidelines
Improve code quality statistics, participate/drive code reviews and continuously reduce technical debt
Specifying the common and core services use cases
Review and assist in C1/CD pipeline for MS Dynamics solutions and data deployment using ADO or Command-line
utilities
Ensure adherence to Architecture/design principles and MS Dynamics/Power Platform development guardrails
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidate must have proven credentials of delivering in world class engineering teams. With a bachelor's degree
in Computer Science, engineering or equivalent discipline, he/she must have relevant experience fulfilling
responsibilities of the position. Must be a confident self-starter with ability to collaborate and devise solutions.
Relevant industry certifications are an added plus. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks is
required.

8+ years overall experience
3-5-years' experience implementing Dynamics 365 Sales/Marketing
Must understand the deep functionality/features of Microsoft RM Modules
Experience in large implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects (Sales and Marketing) and DevOps
principles
Hands-on experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales and Marketing, Power Platform, Power App
Maker, Common Data Service
Exposure to a large complex organization, including stakeholder management
Experience with automated unit testing
Strong Experience on Power Automate & Power BI
Exhibit hands-on on various NFRs – Non Functional Requirements implementation
Experience in SQL Server Integration Services (SSS), WEB API(C#), PF control and TypeScript
Strong and proved ASP NET programming using C#, database concepts; 00 analysis and design under
DLC environment
Preferred competencies.
Experience with Agile best practices and methods such Scrum, Continuous Integration, Test Driven
