Job Description


Responsibilities

• Configure Workday to meet client's unique business requirements while incorporating proactive knowledge sharing strategies to ensure client success
• Guide the customer through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the customer’s unique business requirements at all stages of the project.
• Perform analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships
• Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday
• Configure solutions that consider impacts to work streams while mitigating any cross functional impacts for the customer

Required skills

 • 5+ years functional implementation experience with any of the following HR / ERP systems: PeopleSoft, Oracle HR, SAP HR, Workday, Success factors
• 3+ years’ experience implementing full life cycle Workday HCM solutions
• Workday HCM and Workday Absence and Leave Certifications are preferred or related business experience
• Broad-based knowledge of Human Capital Management, with areas of expertise in Workday absence and leave
• Experience in setting up time off and leave calculations using Workday's Calculation Engine and Calculated Fields
• Experience in configuring business processes, and administer time off and leave plans.
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
• Experience and ability to gather, develop and translate business requirements to system configuration
• Experience re-engineering HR business processes

• Take initiative and be resourceful to continually build your knowledge and skills
• Recognize potential issues or challenges and provide solutions to solve issues or software gaps
