Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant:

Job Description:
? We are looking for an Oracle Fusion financial consultant having at least 3 – 4 years of
experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion Financial implementation. The candidate should be
able to handle implementation and support projects both.
? Oracle Financial Functional Experience with Oracle (Accounts Payable, Accounts
Receivable, Fixed Asset, Cash Management, Tax, and General Ledger)
? Must have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financial implementation
role.
? Strong knowledge of related application configurations and processes. Knowledge of
Project and Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies.
? Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying
deadlines.
? Able to work independently.
? Must understand the accounting concepts very well
? Excellent knowledge of chart of accounts, enterprise structure, intercompany, allocations,
revaluation, and translation, consolidation, and eliminations
? Ability to configure, debug, and solution journal approvals using business process
management
? Understand the integration between sub-ledger modules and Fusion General Ledger
? Generate financial reports using Oracle Smart View
? Fully understand the Fusion Financials security
? Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying
deadlines.
? Able to work independently.
? Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
? Good communication and documentation skills are a must
? Quick learning ability and ability to adapt to new technologies and products with limited
or no supervision
? Candidate should ideally have at least 2 full life cycle implementations experience, with
hands-on configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Financial
Key Responsibilities:
? Understand and design finance processes, and recommend improvement opportunities
around process efficiencies and internal controls
? Work closely with client representatives to build a consensus on the future state of the
finance function and secure buy-in from all relevant stakeholders
? Provide support to active customers for any issues that are reported. Troubleshooting and
resolution if issues is expected, and liaise with other teams as and when required
? Provide Solution inputs, Design overall solution, and interfaces required with other
systems
? Act as point of contact for the stream and liaise with business users
? Help in work assessment including task identification, work effort estimates, work
schedules, and tracking progress against plan and budget.
? Interact with business leads to gather requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion,
configure
? the application and collaborate with the technical development team on solution design,
test, re-work, and sign-off, and work with business leads to implement the solution
developed.
Education:
? Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or closely related fields.
? Related certifications are good to have
