Job Description
· Should have hands on experience in CHARM configuration in Solution Manager 7.2/7.1
· Should have hands on experience in DVM configuration, EWA report ,SLR report, patch management, managed system configuration, Business process monitoring ,Test Management ,Process Management, CCLM configuration, MAI configuration and trouble shooting,.
· Able to prepare the required documents
· Able to prepare test cases
· should have strong troubleshooting skills.
· Should be good in performing the impact analysis.
· Should be good in written and Oral communication
· Should have good presentation skills
