Job Description

JD for the position:

 Candidate should have 4-5 years - minimum exp in SuccessFactors modules of Employee Central, LMS and PMGM  (should have skills in at least 2 of the 3 modules).

Should have been part of at least 1-2 Full implementations (mandatory).

 Must have experience in: Client facing Roles, ability in: trouble shooting / analysing PRD issues, to articulate well verbally / in writing. 

 SF Certification is mandatory for at least 2 of the 3 SF modules.

Should have worked in Integration scenarios within SF modules like SF EC – LMS , SF EC – PMGM , SF to SAP etc.
