Job Characteristics:

The Tech Lead has in depth knowledge of IT Applications and Platforms and the translation of high level solutions into detailed technical design. The Tech Lead keeps track of development in IT solutions, is a counterpart of the Architect and works together with the Business Analyst and 3rd parties (Vendor), who develop IT solutions.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Accountable that the solution designs meet the functional requirements specified by the Business Analyst.
Accountable that solution designs meet platform architecture
Accountable that deliverables meet requirements w.r.t. reliability, availability, manageability, performance, and security and compliance.
Coordinates with developers within the Agile/Scrum teams.
Coaches developers in the Agile/Scrum teams.
Approves the content of the release prior to release and manages interrelation aspects with other applications.
Supports development team in performing build automation and configuration management.
Supports the Delivery Manager in timely provision of technical environments.
Supports Business Analyst, Platform Architect, Project Manager and Delivery Manager on managing, tracking, and forecasting of solution development.

Key Competencies:

OG Certified at Master level or proven track record on detailed technical design, compliance and quality assurance and related business processes in relevant domain.
Masters the eCommerce(Hybris) platform and the integration aspects with other platforms.
Has a solid understanding of the eCommerce(Hybris) platform architecture.
At least 3-5 years’ experience in eCommerce(Hybris) implementations
Experienced in Hybris.
Experienced with coaching Tech Leads and developers.
Experienced with estimating software development.
Experience in working in geographically dispersed teams/multi-cultural environment
Experience in working with software vendors to deliver a solution
