Job Description

Team Lead: Recruitment

Responsibility:

a. To lead a team of recruiters and guide the team to manage recruitment drives for our customers.

b. To report to management the operational details on day to day basis.

c. To communicate to Stakeholders daily updates on all recruitment drives.

Location: Bangalore Must have experience in recruiting IT (non-SAP) professionals

Must be able to manage a small team of 2-6 people independently

Must be good at Spoken and written communication. Experience 3-5 years
