Technical Lead -  Comms and Events – Taxonomy - Poolparty

Key areas of responsibility:

As a Communication and Events – Taxonomy – Technical Lead :

 

As a Technical Lead:

 

·         Strong technical & architectural background & direct prior experience in Architectural role on (Communication and Events – Taxonomy (ideally experience on PoolParty Taxonomy tool).

·         Platform knowledge (both functional and technical), including ability to bring best practices and experience from prior engagements / implementations

·         Supports Business Analyst, Project Manager and Delivery Manager on managing, tracking, and forecasting of solution development.

·         Coaches developers when required.

·         Experience in integrating with SAP backend and experience in integrating with third party services.

·         Accountable that solution design meets platform architecture. Provide feedback to architecture community on architecture and design.

·         Accountable that deliverables meet requirements w.r.t. reliability, availability, manageability, performance, and security and compliance.

·         Approves the content of the release prior to release and manages interrelation aspects with other applications.

·         Supports development team in performing build automation and configuration management.

·         Supports the Delivery Manager in timely provision of technical environments.

·         Supports Business Analyst, Project Manager and Delivery Manager on managing, tracking, and forecasting of solution development.

·         Coaches technical leads and developers.

Position Requirements:

·         Proven knowledge of business process E2E.

·         Experience with Agile ways of working in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural setting is a requirement.

·         Minimum 4 years of experience in Communication and Events – Taxonomy (ideally PoolParty)

·         Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Creates formal networks involving coordination among global work groups.

·         Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. Will need to supervise the activities of others.

·         Has proven track record in formal testing methods and preferably dealt with regulatory requirements and processes

·         Coaching / Leadership experience

·         Communicates requirements verbally and in writing / depicted form at various levels and can prove this

·         Requirements gathering experience

·         Lean mindset (and formal training)

 

Experience & Knowledge :

 

Core technology expertise :

 

·         8 – 12 years of relevant IT experience

·         The TL must have experience in Comms and Events – Taxonomy Tools as a Taxonomist.

·         Must understand integration between Taxonomy Tools like PoolParty with other applications.

·         Must have strong analytical skills.

·         Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

·         Agile background preferred.

Good To Have :

 

·         PHILIPS EXPERIENCE AS WELL AS A PHILIPS PLATFORMS UNDERSTANDING/EXPERIENCE.

·         Familiar with (software) validation processes (SDLM, SVAL, NPSS, EU-MDR, GDPR, ..)

·         Agile scrum (preferably SAFe)

·         American Productivity & Quality center (process framework)

 

People & Process :

 

·         Definition and enforcement of design and development guidelines, policies and procedures

·         Experience with Configuration Management Processes and systems.

·         Experience with requirements gathering, effort estimation, impact analysis and supporting project/delivery management with creating delivery plans

·         Experience with Application and Infrastructure Support in an outsourced model

·         Experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies in an onsite/offshore delivery model

·         Knowledge of IT Software Validation methodology in regulated medical device, pharmaceutical and healthcare industry would be an added advantage.

·         Possesses a broad, enterprise-wide view of business and appreciation for strategy, processes and enabling technologies
