SAP IS-U DM,EDM & Metering Consultant & ABAP Developer

Job Description:
· The primary focus of this position is to support the SAP IS-U DM,EDM & Metering application for the customer by providing resolutions to incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLA’s and KPI’s
· Ensures all related incidents and issues are appropriately recorded and reviewed during weekly status meetings (or sooner) to ensure timely resolution. Any issue that impacts schedule, quality, scope or cost should be recorded.
· For the new business requirement will be Interacting with stakeholders and other streams to understand the business requirements, Co-coordinating with offshore consortium and ensure project delivery timelines
· Resource Planning and estimating the developments, ensuring the execution as per the planning
· Co-ordinate the work with the Business IT team and Wipro onsite-offshore team and define the Objectives and development plan includes the develop documentationIndependently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
· Continuously improve and automate business processes, track issues, and document changes
· Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
· Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
· Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.
Required Skills:
- German native speaker
- Minimum work / ABAP experience: 5 - 8 Years.
- SAP ISU, SAP IDEX, SAP IM4G, ABAP (OO)
- Cross functional Know-How
- SAP-ISU EDM know how (specific for german market)
- market communications by Metering point operator process
- Should have in- depth experience in Support activities (Incidents, Service Requests and Enhancements)
- Understands Handsmart meter processes,device processes (installation, removal, change)
- meter reading or meter reading control
- interface to edge systems (function blocks)
- New plant process via workflow

- Should have the customer facing experience.
- Should be able to mine new opportunities and build a custom Function Module with medium complexity program logic.
- Capability of finding automation opportunities.
