Job Description:
• Expert in the Sales and Distribution module (SD) (Master Data, Organizational Data, Sales, Order Fulfilment, reverse logistics, reporting)
• Proficient in the Materials Management module (MM) (Master Data, Organizational Data, Purchasing, Inbound Management, Inventory Management, Sourcing and reporting)
• Cross functional capabilities to work and integrate with other modules
• Cross functional capabilities to work and integrate with other modules
• Sound knowledge on interfaces/IDoc/EDI
• ABAP Knowledge and basic debugging skills
• Ability resolve customer incidents and report to business users.
• Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to solve incidents.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally & in writing and to collaborate with business community.
• Experience in ITIL frame work (Change management + Incident Management + Problem Management)
• ABAP Knowledge and basic debugging skills will add advantage
• Excellent English oral, written and presentation skills
• Ability to work in flex hours based on project demand
• Experience of having worked in offshore / onsite engagements (at client location) is desirable
