• Strong Knowledge of the Following functionalities in SAP HCM
• Tax Data GB, National Ins. GB, Tax and PAYE, Insurance Contributions, Pensions, Court Orders and Student Loans, Company Cars, Offshore Payroll, Loans- Beneficial Loans, Company Loans
• National Features Great Britain
• P45 Issue , Company Cars for Leavers, Payroll Results Check, Wage and Salary Payments, Advance Payments, Wage Type Statement, Wage Type Distribution, Wage Type Reporter, Posting to Accounting, Payroll Exceptions
• Time Management Aspects in Payroll, Wage Type Valuation, SSP and SMP Evaluation, OSP and OMP, Old and New Processing of Averages, Partial Period Remuneration (Factoring), Advanced Holiday Pay (AHP)
• Strong in HR Domain knowledge and best practices
• Should be able to conduct business requirement workshops independently
• Strong customer-facing abilities, Sound experience in technology consulting roles
• Have implemented/supported a Minimum of one ECP SuccessFactors module
• Ability to work with Key SF modules to complete data mapping and structure analysis of purging, splitting and identifying correct organizational data.
• Ability to test for all in-scope modules and have a discussion with the client on issues, fixes, and remedial actions
• 3-4 yrs. of SF Implementation/support experience
• 2-3 years’ experience with legacy to SF data migration and testing of same.
• SF- SAP HCM integration Experience.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors, Integration with SAP HCM and SF EC
• Worked on Payroll Control Center
