Job Description:
• Display of customer locations on geographic map (Time Series)
• Setting up intelligent filtering for upstream and downstream products and their dependent locations
• Alerts:
• Total number of alerts displayed on the map based on selection
• Alerts for top 3 locations that have the most alerts
Alerts by severity: Sum of the alerts by high, medium, or low priority
• Snoozed alerts: percentage of snoozed alerts versus non snoozed alerts
• Locations with alerts: number of locations that have alerts compared to the total locations
• Alerts with ProcedurePlaybooks: Alert resolution recommendations using a procedure playbook
• Current Key performance Indicators (KPIs) and potential enhancements if any
• Potential new KPIs to support the Management and Operations level execution
• Project Management,Project Plan and Status Meetings
