Job Description

ServiceMax Test Lead

  • Comprehensive understanding of ServiceMax (or any other Field Service Domain)
  • Proven leadership capabilities in Test Management experience and ability to drive issues to closure
  • Should have worked minimum 5 years as Test Lead for large team with multiple scrum teams (be hands-on)
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Effective and efficient in leading teams through change management
  • Should have a proven skills working in a multi-disciplinary, globally distributed teams
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including ability to work with engineers and management alike
  • Collaborate with product management & scrum teams
  • Well versatile in Agile methodologies (ceremonies and drive Agile behavior in the team etc)
