Job Description

Pre-Requisites for every role:

1. Minimum 8 years of work experience
2. Experience of driving business blueprint / discover sessions
3. Good Understanding of the processes in the retail domain
4. Good understanding of SAP solutions / configurations
5. Understanding of SAP standard solutions for business processes in the specific process areas
6. Experience of contributing and driving consolidation projects
7. Knowledge of writing business blue print documents, functional specifications.
8. Conducting functional unit testing, validate test scenarios and support the quality engineering teams to conduct end to end testing
9. Align with stakeholders, maintain the line of communication and ensure delivery as per industry standards and norms
10. Understanding and experience of working on S/4 HANA Retail

SAP Forecasting and Replenishment:

1. Good knowledge of SAP F&R capabilities and understanding of the forecasting practices followed in the retail domain
2. Understanding of SAP configurations, best practices leveraging SAP F&R
3. Understand Integration touch points and make recommendations for integration to downstream systems; Present mature understanding of how SAP F&R integrates with SAP S/4 HANA Retail and how this contributes to the procure to pay process.
4. Understanding how a consolidation roadmap will materialize and the processes that need to be followed to consolidate forecast from multiple systems
5. Cutover and forecast migration planning
