Job Description


We are looking for an Intern/Contractual employee to perform various task related to administrative/
procurement/ facility task, he/she will also support our HR vertical daily activities.
Responsibilities/ Duties
• Maintain the daily operations of the centre from facilities/ procurement and HR perspective
• Will have to closely work with HR leaders to ensure smooth functioning of the centre
• Vendor management, handling visitors, housekeeping staff and office assistant
• Need to ensure that there is a uniformity in benefits and engagement sessions at the centre
• Handle employee queries and share with HR leaders for quick solutions and employee satisfaction
• Control cost and expense for the centre
• Asset management and ensuring the end-to-end facility management is taken care of
• Partner with senior leaders for execution of events and assist for any approved requirement &
engagement at the centre
• Sourcing profiles from different portals which includes CV Downloading, Job posting, etc
• Drafting and emailing candidates for interviews and assisting for interviews online and offline at the
centre
• Preparing Recruitment Dashboards and publishing them on regular basis
• Keeping track of inventory weekly and ordering supplies monthly post all approvals in place.
• Proactive reporting of data, concerns, grievances and feedback received from all stakeholders &
customers
• Maintenance of the HR Records and Systems as applicable

Criteria for the Role!
• Hands-on development experience with Excel
• Any Graduate or Undergraduate or Post-graduate with excellent verbal and written communication
skills.
• Any Graduates or Post-Graduate willing to get into the field of human resource are preferred.
