QA (Consultant)
Responsibilities:
· Work with Developers, Architects and Product owners to understand systems and interfaces in order to determine efficient testing approaches.
· Creating, executing and maintaining manual test cases for functional and regression testing and ensure that released applications meets business requirements and applicable QA standards.
· Creating and maintaining documentation for releases. Driving QA efforts towards continuous process improvement.
· Manage and report test results in clear and concise format and an ability to conduct root cause analysis.
· Maintaining test sandbox environments to include managing test data, configuring systems for specific test needs, and monitoring issue reports.
· Work in fast paced environments in agile methodology.
· Functional, integration and system testing the integrations using the appropriate technology/tools.
· Investigate, troubleshoot, and address production issues.
Requirements
· 3-6 years of QA experience and having minimum 3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA and CRM applications.
· At least 2+ years of hands on experience in setting automation framework using Java Selenium, Selenium WebDriver, Java, Maven, TestNG and Jenkins
· Experience in continuous integration tools like Jenkins.
· Have done at least one project of integration testing (SOAP/ Rest API, web service, middleware)
· Having basic understating of SQL/SOQL
· Utilizing enterprise-class test management tool and hands on experience in a ticketing system. Exposure to JIRA - User stories and bug tracking tool.
· Ability to work in a geographically distributed team
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Experience in performance testing is a plus
· Experience in Dynamics CRM testing is a plus
